R\u00e9servez<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otez la cro\u00fbte du munster. Coupez le en petit d\u00e9s. Coupez l&#8217;emmental de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Versez 25 cl de vin blanc dans la caquelon. Ajoutez 1\/3 des fromages. Faites chauffez \u00e0 feu doux en remuant<br>Recommencez en proc\u00e9dant par 1\/3<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e8s que le fromage est fondu ajoutez progressivement la f\u00e9cule d\u00e9lay\u00e9e dans un peu de vin blanc<br>Lorsque l&#8217;appareil \u00e0 l&#8217;apparence d&#8217;un cr\u00e8me \u00e9paisse et lisse parfumez au kirsch et au cumin.
