Faites les cuire dans de l&#8217;eau bouillante sal\u00e9e une dizaine de minutes.<br>Bien \u00e9goutter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9taillez les blancs de poulet en d\u00e9s. Faites les revenir \u00e0 la po\u00eale avec un peu de mati\u00e8re grasse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une jatte m\u00e9langez la cr\u00e8me et la moutarde. Salez et poivrez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer votre four \u00e0 180\u00b0C th6. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beurrez un plat \u00e0 gratin. Disposez un lit d&#8217;endives sur le fond.
