Faire revenir au beurre le reste du chou \u00e9minc\u00e9, assaisonner et ajouter le magret coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s . Laisser cuire durant 15 minutes \u00e0 feu doux et r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9langer la farce fine avec deux cuill\u00e8res d&#8217;oignons confits, le chou cuit et le thym hach\u00e9. Farcir les feuilles de chou, refermer et disposer dans un plat avec le reste d&#8217;oignons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 150\u00b0C th5.
