Laisser repose 2 h.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beurrer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement la po\u00eale \u00e0 cr\u00eapes. Couler une louche de p\u00e2te et cuire 1 minute de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9. R\u00e9server les cr\u00eapes au bain marie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oter la cro\u00fbte des tranches de fromage. Dans un plat gratin, mettre le fromage et le passer sous le gril jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;il soit fondu et dor\u00e9. A ce moment incorporer la viande hach\u00e9e, le poivre et la ciboulette et m\u00e9langer.
