Battez<br>Ajoutez en pluie la farine tout en battant \u00e9nergiquement jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtention d&#8217;une p\u00e2te \u00e9lastique<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettez en boule. Farinez. Couvrez d&#8217;un linge humide<br>Faites lever dans un endroit chaud, elle doit doubler de volume<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Farinez le plan de travail. Abaissez au rouleau en forme de disque de 40 cm de diam\u00e8tre environ<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lavez les poivrons. Videz les de leurs graines et des parties blanches par le haut. Coupez les 4<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les mettre dans un plat allant au four. Ajoutez les gousses d&#8217;ail, l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive et le vinaigre<br>Salez et poivrez. Recouvrez de papier d&#8217;aluminium. Faire cuire 15 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s la cuisson \u00e9gouttez les. Otez la peau. Coupez en lani\u00e8res. R\u00e9servez<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hachez les oignons. Les faire fondre 10 minutes \u00e0 l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive. R\u00e9servez<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9posez la pur\u00e9e d&#8217;oignon sur la p\u00e2te. Ajoutez la mozzarella coup\u00e9e en tranches.
