Battez<br>Ajoutez en pluie la farine tout en battant \u00e9nergiquement jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtention d&#8217;une p\u00e2te \u00e9lastique<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettez en boule. Farinez. Couvrez d&#8217;un linge humide<br>Faites lever dans un endroit chaud, elle doit doubler de volume<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Farinez le plan de travail. Abaissez au rouleau en forme de disque de 40 cm de diam\u00e8tre environ<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 230\u00b0 (th 7-8)<br>Lavez et essuyez les aubergines. Taillez-les en rondelles. Faites grillez au four avec un peu d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive<br>R\u00e9servez<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mondez les tomates. Concassez 5 tomates \u00e9p\u00e9pin\u00e9es. R\u00e9servez les autres<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9langez ail et basilic hach\u00e9. Ajoutez le jus d&#8217;un citron et l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive. M\u00e9langez le tout avec les tomates concass\u00e9es<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9talez la p\u00e2te sur la plaque du four farin\u00e9e. Ajoutez les tomates concass\u00e9es<br>Disposer en alternance les rondelles de tomates, de mozzarella et d&#8217;aubergine<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfournez 10 minutes<br>Ajoutez les morceaux de parmesan juste \u00e0 la sortie du four.
