Tout en continuant \u00e0 battre le m\u00e9langer, verser la farine petit \u00e0 petits pour obtenir une p\u00e2te fluide. Laisser reposer 2 heures puis rectifier la p\u00e2te avec de l\u2019eau si vous la trouvez trop \u00e9paisse. Graissez la tuile et faites cuire vos cr\u00eapes<br>R\u00e9servez au chaud<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9taillez les blancs de poulet en lani\u00e8res fines. Salez et poivrez. Faites les revenir vivement. Baissez le feu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une jatte \u00e9crasez vos marrons grossi\u00e8rement. Ajoutez la cr\u00e8me. M\u00e9langez le tout. Ajoutez les aux blancs de poulet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites chauffer doucement jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la sauce prenne une consistance onctueuse. Rectifiez l&#8217;assaisonnement si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dressage\u00a0:<\/strong><br>Dressez vos cr\u00eapes sur assiettes chaudes. D\u00e9posez le m\u00e9lange au centre de chacune d&#8217;elle.
