Attention la quantit\u00e9 de lait d\u00e9pend des pommes de terre, le tout doit \u00eatre \u00e9pais. Ajoutez 3 \u0153ufs et la cr\u00e8me. Cuisez en petites galettes \u00e0 la po\u00eale ou dans un multi cr\u00eape (plus facile).
