M\u00e9langez dans une bonbonne le vin et les cassis.<br>Laissez mac\u00e9rer 5 jours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Passez le liquide et versez le dans une marmite. Mettez 800 g de sucre par kg de fruits. Faites bouillir 5 minutes. Laissez reposer 24 heures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutez un verre d&#8217;eau de vie.
