Coupez les en deux. Otez le foin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelez l&#8217;ail. Dans un bol hachez l&#8217;ail et la menthe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faites chauffer l&#8217;huile dans une cocote. Faites y revenir les moiti\u00e9s d&#8217;artichauts. Ajoutez le hachis d&#8217;ail et de menthe, le jus de citron.
