Ajoutez le vin blanc et la cr\u00e8me.<br>Remuez et portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Ajoutez le persil, baissez le feu et laissez r\u00e9duire quelques minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois la sauce onctueuse nappez en les andouillettes.
